What are your hours?

Phone Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm. However, when it comes to booking a great sunset session; hours will be in evening for the client who books. We don’t want to capture your sweat mid day. After all we are in Montana and sessions during the day means it’s hot weather season when booking. Do we have studio access? Yes! We can photograph during business hours if availability matches up.

Where are you located?

We offer on sight sessions unless you book the studio. What does this mean? On location is usually where we meet you! We come to you!

Do you accept bookings?

Absolutely! Why be in business if we did not book your session! 🙂

What payment options do you accept?

Venmo, Cash, Check, and Credit Card (be sure to ask in advance before paying with credit card at a session). We might need to invoice you with the option.

Retainer fee must be paid in full before booking and to secure your booking time.

How long is the typical wait?

It totally depends on what the project might be! So be sure to call! The calendar does fill out fast typically! Sometimes it is years in advance. However, this doesn’t mean not to check on what is available!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Certainly! We require non-refundable retainer fees to secure bookings. If there are changes in weather, no need to worry – we’ll gladly reschedule the booking. If you’re traveling from out of state and prefer an indoor session, we can discuss and make arrangements when the situation arises. Feel free to reach out with any concerns; communication is key, and we’d rather address any issues than have you ghost us with your money. Don’t miss out on your amazing photos!

 All events have been moved to your school announcement pages via parent apps!  Watch your school websites and parent app announcements for further information!

 Parents, Teachers, Coaches:

 NO MORE crumpled photo packages lost in backpacks!
NO MORE paying before you see your kid’s face unless your school opens the door for pre-ordering.  However, proofing is still available
DON’T like the photo? DON’T order it. It’s THAT simple! Parents: Paying advance payments does not mean you are pre-ordering!  You are simply applying your own money to the print order of your choice.   Please note: we work for free until a parent orders.  We put a lot of money on the table and make an effort to do our best for our parents.  We are not corporations flying free products to win you over!  However, you will LOVE us before it’s over as we are local people presenting our own work.

 Let’s be real—your kids are probably adorable. You’re going to want the pics!  Rain or sunshine there is shipping costs for almost anything these days!  So make sure you’re watching on time!

 SCHOOL PORTRAIT DAY— Email Provided? Awesome. Sit back. You’ll get your gallery link soon. Just don’t forget to have your students dress up!
District 2? Tap into your school app or PowerSchool for info.  You will need your student’s ID number in order to access anything.  So be sure to email us with your details!

 “WHERE’S MY EMAIL?” If it’s been 2 weeks and nada… Images are typically released in less than 48 hours in most cases unless spring time and we have class virtual groups to create!  Do we have internet issues and technology systems working overtime and slowing down in the fall?  Yes, we might be struggling but you should have your gallery less than 5 days.  Class photos that are virtually being built might take us time to release as we jump through hoops to get school’s approval after the design team is finalized.
HOWEVER, always check spam filters!

 TIRED OF MARKETING EMAILS? Hit that unsubscribe button. BUT… Heads up: If you opt out before the images drop, you’ll have to email us to get access later. (So don’t say we didn’t warn you!)

 SHIPPING = TO YOUR HOUSE. We’re DONE sending photos to schools as there is more risk of damaged prints, and possibly of never receiving them at all.  Oh yes, it happens!  However, your school might be doing a request of change over time for specific smaller schools.  Our bigger schools will always ship to home as it’s more than likely guaranteed to make it to your house!  If not, email us!  We will be on it!
Unless it’s banners, posters, or yard signs for your sports team—that’s team-parent territory on decision making depending on the programs.  Schools: this could be the same situation with admin decisions.
