- What are your hours?

Phone Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm. However, when it comes to booking a great sunset session; hours will be in evening for the client who books. We don't want to capture your sweat mid day. After all we are in Montana and sessions during the day means it's hot weather season when booking. Do we have studio access? Yes! We can photograph during business hours if availability matches up.
- Where are you located?

We offer on sight sessions unless you book the studio. What does this mean? On location is usually where we meet you! We come to you!
- Do you accept bookings?

Absolutely! Why be in business if we did not book your session! :)
- What payment options do you accept?

Venmo, Cash, Check, and Credit Card (be sure to ask in advance before paying with credit card at a session). We might need to invoice you with the option.
Retainer fee must be paid in full before booking and to secure your booking time.
- How long is the typical wait?

It totally depends on what the project might be! So be sure to call! The calendar does fill out fast typically! Sometimes it is years in advance. However, this doesn't mean not to check on what is available!
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Certainly! We require non-refundable retainer fees to secure bookings. If there are changes in weather, no need to worry – we'll gladly reschedule the booking. If you're traveling from out of state and prefer an indoor session, we can discuss and make arrangements when the situation arises. Feel free to reach out with any concerns; communication is key, and we'd rather address any issues than have you ghost us with your money. Don't miss out on your amazing photos!
